Storage Questions

Does this property provide a lock for my storage room? Does anyone else have a key?

• You can purchase a new, sealed lock in our retail office.
  No one else has a key to that lock. In addition, we offer an "uncuttable" lock. These locks are unlike the traditional key or combination lock that  attaches to the door and hangs down. These "cylinder" locks are similar to the high security locks that are often seen on vending machinces.

Is there a monthly invoice?

• Traditionally, there is no monthly statement for your storage roon. Just mail in a check or pay by credit card. Your payment terms are spelled  out in the rental agreement. We realize that some of our customer will need a monthly statement and we can provide one for a minimal  charge.

Am I renting my storage room month to month or am I on a lease?

• You will be on a month-to-month rental agreement. You can "move out" whenever you want or stay as long as you need!

Is there someone available to help me move my stuff into the storage room?

• While we can't help you move your belongings, we can refer you to several local movers with whom we have negotiated a special rate.
